长期以来,美国政府对资优教育给予了高度重视,颁布了许多资优教育法案,规范了资优教育,在资优教育的理论、模式和实践等方面发挥了很大的作用。从资优教育产业化和资优教师实践的角度,分析了资优教师的研究与发展、识别与评价、课程与教学、学习环境、项目实施和专业发展六个方面的标准。结合中国资优教育的实际情况,可以得出以教育产出为目标,坚持公平原则,关注成长环境,注重专业发展,完善评价体系,支持资优规划,期待长期回报等几点启示。
