本研究旨在检验和分析薪酬、组织承诺和组织公平对公司员工离职意愿的影响。本研究采用的研究方法是描述性方法。本研究的对象是雅加达一家从事房地产的公司,样本为56名受访者。本研究中使用的方法是结构方程模型(SEM PLS)与智能PLS分析工具。结果表明:(1)薪酬对离职意愿有显著负向影响;(2)同伴组织对离职意愿有负向且显著的影响;(3)同伴组织对离职意愿有负向且显著的影响。
