Use of digital libraries available in the university library. 2. Use of digital libraries available on the Internet. 3. The role of digital libraries in developing your research skills. The study’s community included students of graduate studies in Palestinian universities Al-Azhar University Al-Quds Open University) in 2017/2018 Second Semester, The study sample in the research was chosen by the Stratified Random Sample method (S.R.S) to represent the study’s community. The study reached the most important results: 1. The role of electronic libraries in the development of scientific research skills \"was 81.08%, that is, the degree of approval was great, from the perspective of postgraduate students. 2.
