摘要

在连铸过程中,为防止钢水在中间包内再氧化,在包壳内喷氩。钢水中注入的氩气气泡会改变中间包内钢水的流动模式。因此,死区、柱塞区和混合区的比例会发生变化。同时,氩气的注入也会改变中间包钢液中夹杂物的运动。目前国内外发展了一种耦合多相流的数学模型。在此基础上,研究了喷氩对中间包内钢液流态和夹杂物运动特性的影响。
