Diagnosis was made by CT scan and revealed a non‐ruptured splenic artery aneurysm. Open abdominal surgery, endovas‐ cular treatment and laparoscopic surgery are treatment options for splenic artery aneurysms. Immediate treatment after diagnosis of symptomatic splenic artery aneurysm is recommended.
