The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of technical factors, human factors as well as the moderating effect of organizational culture on implementing business process reengineering in Iran Air. Research method of this study is applied in terms of its objective and it is descriptive-survey in terms of its method. The statistical population of the study included senior managers, middle managers, operational managers and supervisors and their total number was 312. The results of the analysis of statistical data show that human factors and technical factors affect the implementation of business process reengineering in Iran Air. 摘要

业务流程再造(BPR)已被提出作为一种有效的管理工具,以应对技术变革以及当今竞争激烈的市场中的营销变化,它通过分析和重新设计组织内外的工作流和流程,将跨流程或整个组织的活动成本最小化。不幸的是,伊朗航空公司并不知道业务流程再造的优势以及如何实施和监测它,即使考虑到该行业在该国经济中的战略和重要作用,也没有对这些公司使用该流程进行基础和有效的研究。本研究的主要目的是探讨技术因素、人为因素以及组织文化对伊朗航空公司实施业务流程再造的调节作用。本研究在研究目的上采用的是研究方法,在研究方法上采用的是描述性调查。本研究的统计人群包括高级管理人员、中层管理人员、运营经理和主管,总人数为312人。统计数据分析结果表明,人为因素和技术因素影响了伊朗航空公司业务流程再造的实施。组织文化也调节了人为因素对伊朗航空公司业务流程再造实施的影响。
