This study aims to determine and analyze the pedagogical competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in State Junior High Schools in Metro City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri in Metro City as many as 30 people from 10 schools. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in order to obtain 9 teachers from 3 schools, namely SMP Negeri 3 Metro, SMP Negeri 4 and SMP Negeri 6 Metro as respondents considering the ease of location and communication related to data collection during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques in research are observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study indicate the pedagogical competence of the Islamic Religious Education Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Metro City is in the high tended category with a total score of 82.05%. 摘要
本研究的动机是2007年第16号国家教育部长条例的附件,关于学术资格标准和教师能力。本研究旨在探讨都市州立初中伊斯兰宗教教育教师的教学能力。在本研究中使用的方法是描述性的方法与定性的方法。本研究的人群均为Metro City SMP Negeri的教师,多达30人,来自10所学校。抽样技术是有目的抽样,目的是为了获得来自3所学校的9名教师,即SMP Negeri 3 Metro、SMP Negeri 4和SMP Negeri 6 Metro作为受访者,考虑到在Covid-19大流行期间与数据收集相关的位置和通信的便利性。研究中的数据收集技术有观察、问卷调查和访谈。数据分析技术包括数据简化、显示数据和结论绘制/验证。本研究结果显示,都市区国中伊斯兰宗教教育教师的教学能力总体得分为82.05%,处于高倾向类别。本研究的结果预期将被用作政策制定者关于伊斯兰宗教教育教师教学能力的投入。
