摘要

目的:本研究旨在确定教练绩效(Y)作为内生变量、工作动机(X4)作为中介变量和情绪智力(X1)、训练纪律(X2)、知识管理(X3)作为外生变量之间的因果关系。方法:采用调查法结合通径分析技术。本研究的人口是在西苏门答腊省注册的119名培训师。样本为参加西爪哇第十九届PON的85名培训人员。采用李克特量表进行问卷调查,通过Path分析法对数据进行分析。结果与结论:研究发现:1)情商对培训师绩效有直接影响,2)学科对培训师绩效有直接影响,3)知识管理对培训师绩效有直接影响,4)工作动机对培训师绩效有直接影响,5)培训师情商对工作动机有直接影响。(6)纪律训练对工作动机有直接影响;(7)教练员知识管理对工作动机有直接影响。
