DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY POTENTIAL OF ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN POST-COVID REALITY

Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена нарастающей ролью цифровых технологий в жизнедеятельности общества и открывающимися возможностями преодоления неблагоприятных внешних факторов за счет их применения. Цель исследования состоит в изучении потенциала цифровых технологий и их влияния на жизнедеятельность общества в период неопределенности, вызванной пандемией, а также в определении направлений государственной политики для стабилизации социально-экономической обстановки в период постковидного восстановления. Научная новизна состоит в обосновании приоритетной роли цифровых технологий в процессах преодоления негативного воздействия пандемии на экономику и общество, а также в формировании рекомендаций по интенсификации цифрового развития в России на современном этапе. Результаты исследования. Проведенный анализ показателей социальноэкономического развития России позволил выявить проблемы современного развития экономики и общества, обострившиеся в период пандемии. Проведен анализ цифровых технологий и методов управления, используемых в период распространения пандемии в России. Сделан вывод, что использование цифровых технологий в различных сферах жизнедеятельности российского общества позволило снизить негативные последствия пандемии. Предложены меры государственной политики в области цифрового развития, направленные на обеспечение сбалансированного развития российской экономики на этапе постковидного восстановления. The relevance of the research topic is in the increasing role of digital technologies in society and the emerging opportunities for overcoming adverse external factors through their use. The purpose of the study is to explore the potential of digital technologies and their impact on society during the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, as well as to identify areas of public policy to stabilize the socio-economic situation in the post-pandemic recovery. Research Methodology. The authors assess the impact of the pandemic on various aspects of society using methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of comparison, as well as economic analysis. The advantages of digital technologies for leveling the adverse effects of the pandemic are described using the method of analysis and systematization. The preparation of recommendations was carried out on the basis of the method of systematization and systematic approach. The scientific novelty consists in substantiating the priority role of digital technologies in the processes of overcoming the negative impact of the pandemic on the economy and society, as well as in forming recommendations for the intensification of digital development in Russia at the present stage. Research results. The analysis of the indicators of socio-economic development of Russia allowed us to identify the problems of modern economic and social development, exacerbated during the pandemic. The authors conducted an analysis of digital technologies and management methods used during the pandemic in Russia. It is concluded that the use of digital technologies in various spheres of life in Russian society has reduced the negative effects of the pandemic. The measures of state policy in the field of digital development, aimed at ensuring the balanced development of the Russian economy at the stage of postpandemic recovery, are proposed.
