Improvement of spectral shape of sub-terahertz wave excited by multimode laser diode
A photomixing technique for sub-THz wave generation using multimode laser diode (MLD) has been developed. To date, sub-THz spectra had a comb structure that was not suitable for application to spectroscopy.
