摘要

车辆检测与跟踪是智能交通系统中的一项重要任务。传统的车辆检测方法由于受到复杂环境的影响,结果往往较粗。YOLO是一种实用的多目标检测方法,算法简单有效。本文采用YOLO对移动车辆进行检测,并采用改进的卡尔曼滤波算法对检测到的车辆进行动态跟踪,实现了白天或夜间的整体竞争性能。实验结果表明,该方法对遮挡的车辆或拥挤的道路具有较强的鲁棒性,在2.55 fps的速度下,车辆计数的平均准确率可达92.11%。
