摘要

沱茶产于中国西南部,有着100多年的悠久而独特的历史。虽然目前沱茶的发展受到各种因素的限制,但这样一种具有民族色彩的茶在历史的长河中不应该孤独。本文首先通过对大量文献的阅读和整理,厘清了两茶的历史渊源和发展。此外,还对现代沱茶和传统沱茶的制作工艺进行了分析。最后,从沱茶的起源到鼎盛再到衰落,论述了沱茶的五大优势:质量优势、地理优势、文化优势、政策优势和出口优势,并提出了质量优势、商标优势、人才优势、政策优势和出口优势五大发展对策。希望为推动拓茶的发展提供新的思路。
