Leaves of mangrove species were collected from Qeshm and Syrik of south-east coast of Iran, mangrove forest respectively. Antimicrobial tests were carried out through disk diffusion method. Minimum fungicidal concentration was determined according to Agar Dilution method. Results showed that the ethanol extracts of both species had antifungal activities on P. pupurogenome, P. chrysogenum, P. notatum, A. niger, A. alternata and Penicillium italicum. However, none of the water extracts showed antimicrobial activity on the studied fungi. Among all pathogens tested, A. flavus was the most resistant fungi. Different concentrations of extracts from Avicennia Marina and Rhizophora Mucronata exhibited different degree of growth inhibition against tested fungal strains. 摘要

本研究对海棠叶和毛根茎叶的水提物和乙醇提物的体外抑菌活性进行了评价。在伊朗东南海岸的Qeshm和Syrik红树林分别采集了红树树种的叶片。采用纸片扩散法进行抗菌试验。用琼脂稀释法测定最小杀真菌浓度。结果表明,两种植物乙醇提取物对紫霉、黄霉、霉霉、黑霉、交替霉霉和意大利青霉均有抑菌活性。然而,没有一种水提取物对所研究的真菌显示出抗菌活性。在所有检测的病原菌中,黄芽孢杆菌的抗性最强。不同浓度的海棠提取物和毛根霉提取物对真菌的生长抑制程度不同。该研究表明,红树林作为天然抗真菌资源的利用能力。
