摘要

加热炉的主要目的是将钢坯加热到均匀的温度,从而使轧制过程顺利进行。由于炉温是控制钢坯加热的关键,本文采用三次样条法拟合炉温分布。在此基础上,提出了加权滑动窗动态补偿策略和偏心动态免疫克隆算法的优化搜索方法来优化炉温设定值。仿真结果表明了所提策略的有效性和高效性。

Setpoint Optimization for Billet Reheating Furnace Based on Dynamic Immune Algorithm
