A full range system for teacher performance assessment and the novel quantized method are both developed in this paper. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation process and evaluation model have been also shown here. 摘要

大学里的老师不仅要讲课,还要做很多其他的事情,比如教育研究、科学研究等。一所大学需要一名教师对教学和科研成果进行综合评价。然而,教师的评价标准多定性少定量,多软少硬。本文提出了一种全面的教师绩效评价体系和新的量化方法。并给出了综合评价过程和评价模型。应用结果表明,该方法可操作性强,更加准确、客观。
