摘要

教育以教师为基础。通过对湖南省五所高职院校双师型教师专业发展支持情况的调查发现,高职院校双师型教师专业发展支持中,继续教育的内容与教师的需求存在脱节。双师型教师的绩效机制不完善,校企合作培养双师型教师的机制不完善,双师型教师缺乏长效。提出了新时期高职双师型教师专业发展的继续教育、绩效激励、校企合作培训和师徒结对支持机制建设策略。
