Through the investigation of the professional development support of double-qualified teachers in five higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, it is found that there is a disconnection between the content of continuing education and the needs of teachers in the professional development support of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. The performance mechanism of double-qualified teachers is not perfect, the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate double-qualified teachers is not perfect, and the double-qualified teachers are lack of long-term effectiveness.
