The population in this study were all visitors to the UNNES Central Library as many as 116 people with incidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study, namely using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨三宝垄国立大学中央图书馆之服务、图书馆设施及馆员绩效对使用者满意度之影响。本研究的人口均为UNNES中央图书馆的访客,采用偶然抽样技术多达116人。本研究采用的数据收集方法,即采用问卷调查法、观察法和文献法。数据分析采用描述性分析的百分比和多元线性回归。结果表明:(1)服务、图书馆设施和馆员绩效对三宝垄国立大学中央图书馆用户满意度的影响为45.1%;(2)服务对三宝垄国立大学中央图书馆用户满意度的影响为12.81。%,(3)图书馆设施对三宝垄国立大学中央图书馆用户满意度的影响为39.18%,(4)馆员绩效对三宝垄国立大学中央图书馆用户满意度的影响为49.98%。
