The interaction circuit in the design consisted of a two stage distributed-loss structure. Results of simulations with nonlinear analysis and particle-in-cell code show that the amplifier can generate a saturated peak power of 42.7kW with a gain of 54dB at 93.8GHz and a 3dB bandwidth of 3.7GHz when operated at a 35kV, 4A, v⊥/v1=1.0 electron beam from a magnetron injection gun.
