摘要

本研究旨在运用综合层次分析法(AHP)和失效模式与影响分析法(FMEA)对某企业不锈钢储罐生产过程中的危害进行评价。首先,对不锈钢罐生产过程中的危害进行了识别。用FMEA方法对已识别的危害进行评估,计算每个危害的风险优先级数(RPN)。然后用AHP法对相同的危害进行加权。最后,将AHP和FMEA相结合,利用两种主观的方法,得到更加客观的结果。根据综合方法的结果,对风险进行了排序,并对行动计划进行了客观的排序。
