Towards a Framework of Implementing Software Robots: Transforming Human-executed Routines into Machines
Software robots tend to increasingly take over organizational processes. However, little is known about principles of building and implementing as opposed to using robotic systems, such as bots for process automation (RPA) and chatbots.
