摘要

为研究幼年型类风湿关节炎患儿结缔组织发育不良的心脏及内脏征象，对52例5 ~ 16岁诊断为幼年型类风湿关节炎的患儿按标准方案进行了腹腔器官超声检查及超声心动图检查。参照组由26例自主神经功能障碍(植物性血管张力障碍)患者组成。在幼年类风湿性关节炎儿童中，十二指肠胃反流、胃食管反流和胆囊畸形等内脏发育不良类型的发生率高于对照组。幼年类风湿性关节炎患者结缔组织发育不良的主要心脏征象是左心室弦过长。
