The data was analyzed using version 21 of SPSS.  Results: The mean PSMA gene expression in benign groups was 13.49 [95% CI: 11.27 – 15.72] and the mean PSMA gene expression in the malignant group was: 25.14 [95% CI: 20.95-29.33], the p-value was <0.01. Using an independent T-test analysis, we found that the increase in PSMA gene expression in the prostate cancer group was statistically significant. Conclusion: The expression of the PSMA gene was correlated with prostate cancer. 摘要

目的:比较PSMA在前列腺癌和前列腺良性疾病中的表达。材料与方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测PSMA抗原表达,在Sardjito总医院病理解剖科检测前列腺癌组和良性前列腺组各20例。数据分析采用SPSS 21版。结果:良性组PSMA基因平均表达量为13.49 [95% CI: 11.27 ~ 15.72],恶性组PSMA基因平均表达量为25.14 [95% CI: 20.95 ~ 29.33], p值均<0.01。通过独立t检验分析,我们发现前列腺癌组PSMA基因表达增加具有统计学意义。结论:PSMA基因的表达与前列腺癌相关。PSMA基因在前列腺组织中的表达升高可作为诊断前列腺癌的生物标志物。
