摘要

基于机器视觉测量技术,通过测量工厂装配线上生产的工件的精确尺寸,研究了自校准加工设备。采用霍夫圆检测算法和亚像素边缘算法。经过多次实验,该装置的测量精度可达到0.05mm,满足了测量精度的设计要求。自标定参数通过传输层发送到加工设备,降低废品率,提高企业效益。
