Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and SolidWorks API are used as implementation means to access the internal data of the product CAD model and realize the extraction of the hierarchical information, mating relation and mating line and surface assembly features of the assembly model. 摘要

产品CAD模型中包含的装配特征信息是智能装配序列生成的重要依据。本文以产品的装配模型为研究对象,提出了基于智能装配序列规划的产品装配特征信息获取研究。采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005和SolidWorks API作为实现手段,访问产品CAD模型的内部数据,实现对装配模型的层次信息、配合关系和配合线面装配特征的提取。以某电梯楼梯口门锁装置为例进行产品装配特征信息提取的应用实例表明,所建立的产品装配特征信息获取方法是有效的,为建立产品设计和装配顺序规划知识库提供了理论和技术依据。
