摘要
外泌体-大小为30- 180nm的微囊泡,提供所有器官和组织之间的细胞间通讯。在本研究中,我们从胚胎大鼠细胞中分离出外泌体和微囊泡,并通过扫描电镜对样品进行了照片验证。未来我们计划用抗cd63抗体的western - western blot检测外泌体。Ключевыеслова:экзосомымикровезикулы,экзосом,эмбриональныеклетки。
