摘要

摘要目的:本研究的目的是通过比较脱垂和痔疮(PPH)的方法来评估粘膜悬浮术(MSP)的效果。方法:我们比较PPH和MSP手术治疗痔疮疾病的安全性、临床结果和成本。本研究共纳入80例II、III度痔疮患者。随机选取MSP组(n=40)和PPH组(n=40)。结果:MSP和PPH治疗II、III度痔疮是安全的手术治疗方法。与PPH组相比，MSP组患者出现的持续疼痛、尿急等并发症较少。此外，MSP的成本更低。结论:MSP对痔疮患者是一种安全、有效、廉价的治疗方法。我们认为这一技术应得到广泛应用。
