Physiochemical analyses of the starches and flours conducted on the contents of carbohydrate, protein, fat, starch, ash, total sugar, HCN, as well as starch resistance, paste clarity, swelling power, solubility, viscosity, crystallinity and shape of granules; standard procedures for each analysis employed.
