摘要

随着齿轮测量技术的发展,出现了越来越多的齿形误差测量方法。本文利用齿轮测量中心齿形误差测量理论,研究了齿形误差的直角坐标测量方法。采用坐标变换和最小二乘法对偏心误差进行处理。实验结果表明,该方法是可行的,能有效地补偿偏心误差。

A study of a gear profile measuring method using gear measurement center
With the development of the gear measurement technology, there are more and more profile error measuring methods.
