摘要
红细胞分布宽度(Red blood cell distribution width, RDW)是诊断贫血的常规数字指标，近年来的研究发现了其新的临床意义:高RDW不仅与实体瘤和血液学肿瘤的预后和诊断密切相关，还与急慢性肾脏疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和心血管疾病的预后和诊断密切相关。RDW价格低廉，易获得，虽然其作用机制尚不清楚，但可能为肿瘤的临床诊断和预后提供新的方向。关键词:肿瘤;预后;红细胞分布宽度
