摘要

针对预应力钢丝缠绕装置对超高压模具施加预紧力的问题,设计了一种新型的钢丝张力调节机构,通过改变钢丝张力来调节模具的预应力尺寸。对钢丝张力产生的力学模型进行了分析,利用有限元软件分析了钢丝在不同压力、不同速度、不同直径下的轴向应力变化。结果表明:钢丝的轴向应力与钢丝速度呈非线性关系,随着钢丝速度的增加,钢丝的轴向应力先增大,达到峰值,然后减小,最终趋于稳定;钢丝的轴向应力与液压缸压力成正比,与钢丝直径成反比。
