The unit of analysis of the study is the beneficiary family of theProgram Sembako. Thestudy employs the multiple linear regression analysis and the t-test analysis. The result shows that there are significantdifferences between the quality services and the satisfaction of beneficiaries in these two areas. The result also shows that quality service of Program Sembakois the only independent variabels that significantlyaffects satisfaction of beneficiaries. 摘要
