It develops in intestinal intra-epithelial T-cells and is commonly associated with celiac disease (CD).</p><p>The authors report a patient presenting with abdominal discomfort, weight loss, intolerance to gluten, positive gliadin antibodies and mesenteric lymph node enlargement.
