Furthermore, a genetic algorithm (GA) is employed to optimize the geometrical parameters and the corresponding impedance properties to achieve different design requirements. For demonstration, two absorbers consisting of single and double square loop arrays are designed by using the combined methods of ECM and generic algorithm.
