摘要

在目前的研究中;以4(4′-氯代酶氧基)苯乙酮、硫代氨基脲和不同取代苯甲醛为原料,在无水乙醇中进行一锅三组分回流搅拌反应,得到了一系列新的吡唑啉衍生物{3-(4-[4′-氯代酶氧基)苯基)-5-(取代苯基)- 4,5-二氢吡唑-1-碳硫酰胺},收率高,反应时间短。之后的化合物通过与4-溴苯酰溴在乙醇中反应转化为相应的噻唑衍生物。通过FT-IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和DEPT-135光谱对新合成化合物的结构进行了鉴定。
