摘要
对8例在同一海拔地区连续停留6 d (8 ~ 121 d)后发生高原肺水肿(HAPE)的患者进行临床研究。本系列的研究结果显示,用力和寒冷暴露的呼吸道感染是迟发性HAPE的主要原因。根据本系列研究的死亡率结果,迟发性HAPE可能更为严重,需要密切监测并准备应急措施,以便在严重或无反应的病例中迅速撤离。
