Based on the actual operation of high-speed train, the corresponding relationship between the simulation parameters of loading process and the actual operation parameters is analyzed, and the hydraulic transmission and control system of the cyclic loading test-bed, which can simulate the actual operation of vehicles are designed. According to the simulated parameters and test methods of the cyclic loading test bench, the hydraulic circuit is built, and the electro-hydraulic proportional key technology is used to precisely control the hydraulic circuit.
