摘要本研究旨在分析巴东市嘉余塔南区公立小学教师工作氛围、工作动机对教师绩效的影响。本研究以300名受访者为样本。本研究的数据分析技术是路径分析。结果显示:巴东市嘉余塔南区公立小学教师的工作动机和工作绩效对教师的工作氛围有显著影响。
