This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and the use of documents. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique. To test the stability and validity of the data collected, a data triangulation technique was used. The results of the study show that collaborative communication is established through dialogue, building trust, commitment and sharing understanding between the school and parents. Collaborative communication is carried out both interpersonally and in groups through various activities, school programs and the use of communication media. Although in the process found inhibiting factors and obstacles in collaborating. But it can be overcome with intense dialogue in order to obtain increased awareness, behavior change and mutually agreed solutions. 摘要:本研究旨在描述中爪哇省普沃克托市Sekolah Alam bataturraden的全纳学校和家长在分析特殊需要儿童(ABK)潜在人才方面的协作沟通过程。本研究采用个案研究的定性研究方法。数据收集技术是通过观察、深入访谈和使用文件进行的。采用有目的抽样技术确定举报人。为了检验所收集数据的稳定性和有效性,采用了数据三角剖分技术。研究结果显示,学校与家长之间透过对话、建立信任、承诺及分享理解来建立合作沟通。协作沟通是通过各种活动、学校项目和传播媒体的使用,在人际和群体中进行的。虽然在合作过程中发现了制约因素和障碍。但是,它可以通过激烈的对话来克服,以提高认识,改变行为和共同商定的解决办法。学校和家长建立的协作沟通在分析特殊需要学生的才能方面起着重要作用。
