The synthesized hydroxytriazenes were studied on some neuropharmacological paradigms on mice like behavior, locomotion, sleep, and convulsions using standard procedures. The hydroxytriazenes exhibited reduced alertness, reduced spontaneous locomotion activity and potentiated the pentobarbitone induced sleep.
