In order to develop such programs on a competitive basis, the jury selected 22 applicants who for several months, under the guidance of tracker teachers, designed additional professional programs, the content of which was their unique expert experience. From a research point of view, the process of managing the design of educational content in the conditions of interaction between trackers, teachers of the Presidential Academy and the participants of the educational project themselves, who are experts in their professional activities, is interesting.
