摘要

对强电离放电杀灭铜绿微囊藻进行了实验研究。研究了曝气量、细菌初始含量、处理时间、PH值和温度对铜绿微囊藻杀灭率的影响。实验表明,随着曝气量、细菌初始含量、处理时间、PH值和温度的增加,铜绿微囊藻的杀灭率在一定程度上提高。在较好的实验条件下,曝气量为500ml/min,细菌初始含量为9×106,PH值为9.18,温度为317K,培养时间为3天,处理时间为10min,对铜绿微囊藻的杀灭率高达100%。
