The comparative law and the relation with phenomena such as the objection of conscience, the annulment of the acts contrary to the animal welfare or the interpretation of the fundamental rights when there is an affectation to the treatment with animals are analyzed. Countries with constitutional regulation and others that do not have it are treated without prejudice to legislative or jurisprudential recognition.
