摘要

本文对超声波辅助提取法提取绿海藻中紫檀素的工艺条件进行了优化。实验采用Box-behnken模型设计,实验区域为:提取温度(X1: 50-90°C),提取时间(X2: 20-40, min),料液比(X3: 50/1-70/1, v/w),目标函数(Y:提取率)取最大值。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:提取温度84.28℃,提取时间30.59 min,料液比为60.21/1 (v/w),以干海藻重量为基准,期望目标函数Y为22.86%。
