An empirical characterization of a flexible current probe for in-circuit impedance measurement
This paper describes the fabrication and measurement of a flexible magnetic core inductive probe. The probe's copper windings are printed on a flexible polyimide substrate layers with a flexible magnetic core sandwiched in between.
