摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/ N, N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液为例,采用静电纺丝法制备了绝缘膜。实验发现,在静电纺丝过程中,收集的膜面积越来越大,纤维直径从底部到表面逐渐增大,但每层纤维直径是均匀的。分析了原因,认为在静电纺丝过程中,绝缘膜上积累的正电荷改变了电场分布。电场强度减弱后,纤维直径增大,面积增大。
