摘要

知识共享是知识管理的重要组成部分。传统的知识共享机制研究并没有解决影响知识共享的根本问题。本文借鉴生态学的生态位理论,提出了一个基于生态位理论的知识共享模型。该模型的核心思想是:以知识偏好为出发点,建立知识共享机制,通过知识生态系统的自组织实现资源的最优配置,实现知识资源的价值最大化,最终实现企业与员工的双赢。
