For the difference among the parameters of the motor systems, and the other factors such as parameters' perturbation and outside interference, the stage elevators may not synchronize. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the stage elevators' performance, a kind of non-smooth control method is proposed, which the multi-motor synchronization could be achieved in a finite time. At the same time, in order to monitor the acceleration, which is difficult to monitor, a state observer is developed to estimate the acceleration of the motor. Finally, the simulation results of the non-smooth control strategy and the traditional PI control strategy have been comparative analysis. 摘要

为了实现舞台升降机的同步运行,提出了一种基于非光滑控制和状态观测器相结合的多电机同步控制方案。由于各电机系统参数的差异,以及参数的摄动和外界干扰等因素,舞台升降机可能会出现不同步的情况。因此,为了解决舞台升降机的性能问题,提出了一种在有限时间内实现多电机同步的非平滑控制方法。同时,为了对难以监测的加速度进行监测,设计了状态观测器来估计电机的加速度。最后,对非光滑控制策略与传统PI控制策略的仿真结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,非光滑控制策略具有较强的鲁棒性。
