PENERAPAN KETEPATAN WAKTU PENGEMBALIAN REKAM MEDIS RAWAT INAP
Delays in returning medical records can hamper management activities and risk the loss of medical records. One of the factors causing delays in returning medical record files is being late due to incomplete files. So that it can be done, it is necessary to motivate nurses with the timeliness of returning inpatient medical records at the hospital. This study uses a descriptive analytic correlation approach with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 46 nurses with a sample of 32 nurses using proportional sampling with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Based on the results, it was proven that 86% of nurses with poor responsibilities were not punctual, 71% of nurses with self-development were proven not to be on time
