摘要

本文研究了In - 738lc镍基高温合金中添加铪(Hf)对γ素数(γ′)析出相形貌、尺寸分布及含量的影响。采用扫描电镜观察基体中γ′析出物。图像分析过程由Clemex图像分析软件(Clemex Technologies, Inc., 800 Guimond Blvd, Longueuil, Quebec, Canada)执行。结果表明:Hf的加入增加了合金中γ′相的数量,使其形貌由立方体变为不规则和球形,形成了更稳定、更细小的γ′颗粒;此外,选择合适的热处理方法对达到所获得的结果是非常重要的。
