Then, the mathematical model of the damper and suspension system is proposed, and the dynamic characteristics of the arm suspension system are analyzed. Finally, based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm, a system simulation model based on road surface information is built. 摘要

根据主动臂式扭转悬架的结构特点,提出了一种结合路面信息的叶片式减振器阻尼力最优控制算法。首先,介绍了主动臂式扭悬架和叶片减振器的结构特点和工作原理;然后,建立了减振器和悬架系统的数学模型,分析了悬架系统的动态特性。最后,基于模糊PID控制算法,建立了基于路面信息的系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,叶片阻尼器的控制策略可以提高悬架的平顺性。

Simulation Research on Damping Control of Vane Damper in Active Arm-Type Torsion Suspension
